内镜下克罗恩病与肠结核的临床特征对比分析

Endoscopic Comparison and Analysis the Clinical Features of Crohn's Disease and Intestinal Tuberculosis

目的:对比分析克罗恩病与肠结核临床、内镜及病理特征。方法:选取我院收治的120例克罗恩病与肠结核患者,根据疾病类型分为两组,克罗恩病组与肠结核组,各60例,分析比较两组临床、内镜及病理特征。结果:克罗恩病组出现临床症状比例高于肠结核组,差异显著(P<0.05);克罗恩病组内镜检查出现的症状比例高于肠结核组,差异显著(P<0.05);肠结核组出现干酪样肉芽肿,克罗恩病组出现裂隙状溃疡,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:克罗恩病与肠结核临床、内镜及病理特征对比中存在较多共性,在治疗中需整合各方面数据进行分析,才可提高疾病的诊断率。

Objective： A comparative analysis of Crohn＇s disease with clinical, endoscopic and pathologic features of intestinal tuberculosis.Methods： in our hospital 120 cases of Crohn＇s disease and intestinal tuberculosis patients, divided into two groups according to the type of disease, Crohn＇s disease and intestinal tuberculosis group group, 60 cases, analysis and comparison of the two groups of clinical, endoscopic and pathologic feature.Results： The clinical symptoms of Crohn＇s disease group is higher than the proportion of intestinal tuberculosis group, the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）; the proportion of the symptoms of Crohn＇s disease group endoscopy appears higher than intestinal tuberculosis group, the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）; intestinal tuberculosis group caseous granulomatosis, Crohn＇s disease group had slit-like ulcers, the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Crohn＇s disease with clinical, endoscopic and pathologic features of intestinal tuberculosis are more common in the presence of contrast, in therapy for an integration of various data analysis is available to improve the diagnosis rate of the disease.
