镍钛丝、后倾曲用于双牙弓前突畸形矫治术中的有效性

摘要 目的:本文对镍钛丝、后倾曲用于双牙弓前突畸形矫治术中的有效性进行探讨,旨在为临床的有效治疗提供相关参考依据。方法:选取我院2014年6月至2015年9月收治并已确诊的双牙弓前突畸形患者80例,根据所有患者入院的编号进行平均分组,其中单号为对照组,双号为实验组,两组各为40例,对照组患者给予多曲方丝弓矫治,实验组患者给予镍钛丝结合后倾曲矫治。分析比较两组患者矫正的成功率以及牙齿美观改善的情况。结果:实验组患者矫治的成功率(92%)明显高于对照组(72%),P<0.05;此外,对照组牙齿美观改善的情况与实验组相比较差,P<0.05,两组数据的比较具有统计学的意义。结论:镍钛丝、后倾曲在双牙弓前突畸形矫治术中的应用效果较好,不仅能提高患者矫治的成功率,还能有效改善其牙齿的美观度,值得在临床治疗中推广与应用。
