摘要
黑色素瘤是起源于皮肤黑素瘤细胞的一种恶性肿瘤,对传统放化疗高度抵抗,目前还无有效的治疗方法。与其他种类肿瘤相比,黑色素瘤干细胞在瘤组织中所占比例更高,但由于没有发现特异性的黑色素瘤干细胞标记物,而且在肿瘤不同发展阶段黑色素瘤干细胞表面的标记物不断变化,使得以黑色素瘤干细胞为治疗靶点的研究陷入窘境。本篇文献将综述黑色素瘤干细胞的定义,起源,分子表面标记物以及相关问题的研究进展,以期为进一步的研究提供帮助与支持。
Melanoma originates from melanocytes, acquiring high resistance to traditional radiation therapy and chemotherapy, with no effective treatment yet. Compared with other kinds of tumors, melanoma stem cells(MSCs) take a higher proportion, it is quite difficult to put the theory of MSCs into clinical treatment due to the diversity of biomarkers during tumor development, as well as no special biomarkers were used as the treatment target. The present paper reviews the progress of melanoma stem cells with the hope to provide base of further study.
