前庭电刺激对AD患者视觉记忆恢复的影响

Effects of Galvanic Vestibular Stimulation on Visual Memory Recovery in Patients with AD

目的:研究前庭电刺激(galvanic vestibular stimulation,GVS)对AD患者视觉记忆恢复的影响。方法:选择2013年7月至2015年8月间入住本院的AD患者58例,随机分为前庭电刺激组和对照组(n=29)。对照组常规治疗,前庭电刺激组在对照组基础上接受3周的前庭电刺激干预。以视觉记忆的错误率和反应时间作为记忆恢复的评价指标,并进行组间疗效比较。结果:治疗前两组视觉记忆的错误率和反应时间差异无统计学意义,具有可比性(P>0.05);治疗后,前庭电刺激组错误率降低,反应时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),对照组错误率升高,反应时间延长,但与治疗前无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:前庭电刺激可改善AD患者的视觉记忆恢复效果。

Objective To study the effects of galvanic vestibular stimulation （GSV） on visual memory recovery in patients with AD.Methods From July 2013 tO August 2015,58 patients with AD hospitalized in our hospital were selected and ran- domly divided into GSV group and control group （n = 29）.The paitients in control group were accepted conventional treat- ment,while the patients in GVS group were accepted conventional combined GVS treatment.The recovery of visual memory was evaluated with the percentage of errors and reaction times and compared between groups. Results The error rates and re- action times of visual memory had no significant differences between two group before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment, the error rates was significantly decreased and the mean reaction time was significantly shortened in patients of CVS group （both P〈0.05） ,meanwhile,tbe error rates was increased and the mean reaction time was lengthened in control group, but which had no significant differences with those before treatment （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Galvanic vestibular stimulation could improve the visual memory recovery in patients with AD.
