奥沙利铂在消化道肿瘤治疗中引起的肝脏毒性的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 奥沙利铂（oxaliplatin,OXA）为第三代铂类抗肿瘤药物,以其高效、低毒的特性广泛用于结直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌以及胰腺癌等消化道肿瘤的治疗,也是目前美国国家综合癌症网络（NCCN）指南推荐用于胃癌及结直肠癌的一线基础化疗药物.随着OXA在临床上的广泛应用,其引起的肝脏毒性也逐渐受到了人们的关注.
