摘要 目的研究切除卵巢建立大鼠骨质疏松模型。方法将4周雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组(sham group)、一侧卵巢切除组(model group-1)、两侧卵巢切除组(model group-2)。通过切除卵巢制备大鼠骨质疏松模型,分别于4,5,6,10,14,21周记录体重变化情况,第21周测定各组大鼠全身骨密度,股骨湿重、长度、体积以及血清Ca、P等。结果与sham group比较,model group-2各项指标检测结果更符合骨质疏松表现。结论摘除双侧卵巢可以建立稳定的骨质疏松模型。 Objective To study the ovaries removed to establish the rat model of osteoporosis. Methods 4 w female Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham group), side ovariotomy group (model group 1), sides ovariotomy group (model group,2). By ovaries removed the preparation of osteoporosis rats model, respectively at 4 w, 5 w, 6 w and 10 w, 14 w, 21 w record weight changes, the determination of 21 w group whole body bone mineral density of rats, the femur wet weight, length, volume, and serum Ca, P, etc. Results Compared with sham group, model group-2 clear difference test results, the indicators in osteoporosis. Conclusion Excision bilateral ovaries can establish a stable model of osteoporosis.
