右颊部腺样囊性癌1例

1病例资料
患者，男，62岁，于2012年4月无明显诱因出现右颊部肿块，直径约2cm，无疼痛，未予以重视，于5月发现肿块增大伴疼痛，间断口服阿莫西林半月余，疼痛稍缓解。2014年6月上述症状加重，在外院口腔医院行颌面部超声示：右颊部肿物，考虑肿瘤，建议手术。CT示：右颊部软组织占位，约3．8cm×3．9cm，考虑肿瘤。
