摘要妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP）,又名产科胆汁淤积症,1883年Ahlfeld首次报道了因妊娠导致的黄疸,于分娩后消失的疾病,当时称为妊娠特发性黄疸、产科肝脏疾病或是产科胆汁淤积症。不同于明显的母体症状,该病围生期最大的风险是胎儿发生猝死,围生儿病死率为1%-11%,并且很难通过监护进行预测。
