摘要
为了实现制造智能化环境下工艺规划决策目标,优化制造资源配置,提出面向智能车间的工艺规划辅助决策方法.以零件加工特征为基础,将含有加工工序和设备信息的历史工艺规划方案视为云服务资源,通过制定语义匹配策略,初步匹配出待选工艺规划方案集.把工件的加工时间、加工成本、在工序间的转运距离与设备实时状态效用作为优化目标,引入罚函数建立适应度函数模型,运用改进群领导优化算法在待选规划方案集中优选出最佳方案.通过实例验证了该方法的有效性.
An assistant decision making method of process planning for intelligent workshop was proposed in order to realize the decision making for process planning and decision making and optimizing the allocation of manufacturing resources in intelligent environment.Based on the features of parts,the historical process planning schemes containing machining operations and equipment information were regarded as cloud service resources.The process planning scheme sets were initially matched through planning the semantic matching strategy.The workpiece processing time,processing costs,transport distance and equipment real-time state utility were taken as the optimization objective.Then the penalty function was introduced to establish the fitness function model.The best process planning was yielded by applying the improved group leader optimization algorithm.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by means of case study.
