摘要
2015年对杭州、温州、舟山地区共155个甲壳类样品开展调查,品种包括梭子蟹和虾蛄,环节覆盖生产和流通。调查参数为总汞。其中,30个梭子蟹样品同时进行分组织检测,包括肌肉和内脏。本次调查实际检测样本数为215个。结果表明,215个实测样本数总汞全部有检出,浓度为0.002 2~0.076 0 mg/kg,均远小于叶GB 2762-2012食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量曳规定的甲基汞限量0.5 mg/kg。
An investigation of 155 batches crustaceans samples in Hangzhou,Wenzhou and Zhoushan area was conducted in 2015.The crustaceans varieties contained swimming crab and mantis shrimp.The tache covered production and circulation.The experiment parameters was total mercury.Among them, 30 samples of swimming crab tissue were experimented at the same time.The crab tissue included muscle and internal organs.In this investigation, the actual testing number of samples was 215.The results showed that total mercury was detected in all of samples,the concentration range was 0.002 2-0.076 0 mg/kg, and was far less than 0.5 mg/kg in GB 2762-2012 "The National Standards for Food Safety, Contaminants Limits in Food", which sets limitation of methyl mercury.
