摘要
2014年习近平在11月亚太经合组织工商领导人峰会上将"新常态"的特征阐述为经济高速增长转为中高速增长、经济结构不断优化升级、经济要素驱动转向经济创新驱动三个方面。经济发展趋势的转变必将影响我国就业形势。文章以聋人的就业现状为研究要素,针对其在就业中面临的主要困难,以国家、社会、特殊教育学校及个人角度为立足点,提出构建聋人就业促进体系的建议,旨在新经济格局中为聋人群体找到就业导向。
In May 2014 President Xi Jinping said the characteristics of the ＂new normal＂means the economy has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed growth; the economic structure is constantly improved and upgraded and the economy is increasingly driven by innovation instead of input and investment. The changes in economic trends will affect the employment situation in China. In this paper, the employment state of the deaf-mute people is the main element of the study. Considering the difficulties they face in employment, I proposed constructing employment promoting system for the deaf-mute from national, social, special education schools and personal aspects. My purpose is to find out an employment guide for the deaf-mute people in the new economic situation.
