自闭症谱系障碍是终生性的障碍,自闭症谱系障碍儿童康复过程是持续和艰难的,家长作为监护人在其康复过程扮演重要角色,无论是心理还是生理都承受巨大压力。研究发现,家长在心理上主要经历三个时期:心理创伤期、心理适应期和心理平衡期,造成心理困境的因素主要来自家庭内部矛盾以及照顾者自己的个人矛盾、社会支持不足这三方面。研究最后从自闭症家长的自我调节和社会支持这两方面,对家长提出能改善其心理健康和生活质量的建议。

Autism spectrum disorder is a lifelong disorder, and autism spectrum disorder rehabilitation in children is persistent and difficult. Parents as guardians play an important role in the recovery process,whether psychological or physical are under great pressure. Analysis of the literature found that parents mainly experienced three periods in psychology, psychological trauma, psychological adaptation, psychological balance, and each period will be accompanied by a variety of psychological difficulties, caused by psychological difficulties mainly from family internal contradictions, caregiver personal conflicts, lack of social support in these three areas. Finally, from the two aspects of self regulation and social support of autistic parents, the parents put forward suggestions to improve their mental health and quality of life.
