A Study of the Teachers' Career Happiness from Special Education Schools in Yunnan Provence

摘要 教师的职业幸福感是教师发展的基石,学生幸福的桥梁。文章以云南省17所特殊教育学校教师为被试,采用问卷调查法考察了云南省特殊教育学校教师的职业幸福感状况。研究显示:1.云南省特殊教育教师的职业幸福感总体水平偏向比较幸福。2.不同教龄阶段的教师在工作效能感、情感幸福感、身心愉悦感、收益满意感发展呈倒V趋势;职业高尚感维度具有随着教龄的增长不断增长的趋势;社会支持感则随教龄的增长呈"W"趋势变化。3.特殊教育教师的性别、学历、职称、所教科目、收入水平对教师职业幸福感具有显著影响。 The career happiness of teachers is the footstone to the development of teachers and the bridge for students' happiness. This research was tested 17 special education teachers in Yunnan province, used the questionnaire to investigate the situation of teachers' career happiness. By the research, we have found:(1)The career happiness of special education teacher from Yunnan province was totally high.(2) The different age teachers have developed as a upside "V"in the career happiness of work efficient, the happiness of emotion,physical happiness and feed-back: the career arrogance feeling dimension increased by the teaching age; the social support feeling increased by teaching age which changed by "W".(3)It was a big influence for the special teaching teachers' career happiness by gender, education background, professional title, class major and income level of them.
