《金匮要略》温经汤中的圆运动及临床运用

Analysis of Cycle Movement of Wenjing Decoction in Jingui Yaolue and ZHAO Hong- li'S Clinical Application of the Recipe

清代名医黄元御提出了圆运动理论,他在《四圣心源·妇人解》中对于妇科病首重肝、脾、肺经功能的失调。医圣仲景的《金匮要略》中的温经汤,又称大温经汤,其方药组成体现了圆运动的"温升肝气、敛降肺金、脾升胃降"的治法,基于此法的加减在妇科病中运用颇广。

HUANG Yuan- yu,the prestigious doctor in Qing dynasty put forward the theory of cycle movement,and in his book four sacred source,he stated that the gynecopathy caused by the dysfunction of liver,spleen,lung. The medical sage,ZHANG Zhong-jing,introduced the Wenjing decoction in the book of Jingui Yaolue and which was named as Da Wenjing decoction and the composition of the recipe reflects the cycle movement in the treatment that' temperature rise of diseases,the folding of the lung,spleen and stomach descending' treatment. The add and subtract of this recipe is widely used in the treatment gynecopathy.
