痔康片治疗混合痔术后便血便秘疼痛25例

Zhikang Tablet in the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of 25 Case with Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的:观察痔康片治疗混合痔术后便血、便秘、疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将50例混合痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组25例仅给予围手术期常规处理;观察组25例在围手术期常规处理基础上口服痔康片,观察两组患者术后第1天、7天、14天便血、便秘、疼痛情况。结果:术后第7天、14天观察组便血、便秘、疼痛积分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔康片治疗混合痔术后便血、便秘、疼痛效果显著,无毒副作用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of hematochezia, constipation and pain in mixed hemorrhoid surgery by the Zhikang Tablet. Methods： 50 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group of 25 cases of postoperative oral Zhikang Tablet, 25 cases were not oral Zhikang Tablet. Observed the condition of the two groups of postoperative hematochezia, constipation and pain in patients after 7 days andl4 days. Results： The points of hematochezia, constipation and pain after 7 days and 14 days in the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative hematochezia of observation group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of Zhikang Tablet for hematochezia, constipation, pain in mixed hemorrhoid postoperative is remarkable and Zhikang Tablet has no side effects.
