摘要
目的:研究并建立枳实总黄酮苷提取物的特征图谱测定方法,更好地控制本产品的质量。方法:采用色谱柱YMC-Pack ODS-A(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶82,V/V)为高效液相色谱进行等度洗脱;流速1.0m L/min;检测波长283nm;柱温30℃。结果:通过对11批枳实总黄酮苷提取物特征图谱研究,确定了5个共有峰,并对5个峰进行了指认,分别为新北美圣草苷、柚皮芸香苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷。各样品特征图谱与对照特征图谱的相似度大于0.90。结论:该方法准确、可靠、耐用性良好,可用于枳实总黄酮苷提取物的质量控制。
Objective: To study and establish a specific chromatograms analysis method for identification and quality control of the total flavonoid glycosides extracts from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus. Methods: The HPLC analysis method was applied on an YMC- Pack ODS- A( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with the isocratic elution mode. The mobile phase was consisting of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution( 18∶ 82,V / V). The flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min. The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30℃. Result: The mutual mode of the total flavonoid glycosides extracts from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus was set up. Five common peaks were pointed out,whose structures were elucidated as neoeriocitrin,narirutin,naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin. The similarities of the specific chromatograms of 11 batches of samples were all above 0. 90. Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable,durable and can be used for quality control of the total flavonoid glycosides extracts from Aurantii Fructus Immaturus Aurantii.
