摘要
高脂血症是引起动脉粥样硬化的主要原因。以治疗高脂血症为目标,得到高效低毒的药物,是治疗动脉粥样硬化的理想方法。本文章以贝特类药物对氯苯氧异丁酸为先导化合物,进行结构修饰,合成得到两个新型贝特类似物。通过高脂大鼠模型验证得到的两个新的化合物的药效。
With hyperlipidemia population unceasing increased,the disease is the main cause of atherosclerosis. To treat hyperlipidemia as the goal,effective and low toxic drugs,is a major method for the treatment of atherosclerosis. This article focused on Bert drugs chlorobenzene oxygen isobutyric acid as lead compounds,through structure modification,finally synthesized two new Betty analogues. The efficacy of two new compounds was obtained by fatty rats model.
