摘要
针对普通智能插座无法满足用户对用电安全的需求,以及其无线通信方式给家庭环境带来布线和信号辐射的问题,提出一种基于电力载波通信的多功能智能插座设计方案。该智能插座以低功耗单片机MK64FN1M0VLQ12为控制核心、集成了BU82204MWV电力线载波、CS5490电能计量、继电器等模块,具有远程控制、电能计量、过流保护、电器状态监控和蜂鸣警报等功能。实现了传统家电的智能化和信息化,保证了用电安全,在智能家居中具有广阔的应用前景。
Ordinary intelligent socket is unable to meet the needs of electrical safety,and it brings the problem of wiring and signal radiation for home environment. In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a design scheme of intelligent socket based on power line communication. With MK64FN1M0VLQ12 as the principal controller,this intelligent socket is integrated with power line carrier BU82204 MWV,electric measurement chip CS5490,relay modules and so on. It has the function of remote control,electric energy metering,over current protection,appliance state monitoring and buzzer alarm,to realize the intellectualization and informatization of traditional household appliances,guarantee electrical safety and have a wide application prospect in the smart home.
