谐振开关电容变换器潜电路拓扑辨识方法的比较研究

摘要 电力电子变换器种类繁多,结构和工作原理也有很大差异,为可靠识别变换器中存在的潜电路现象,提出分类建立变换器的潜电路分析线索表。针对谐振开关电容变换器中存在潜电路现象会导致变换器输出特性异常的问题,以升压谐振开关电容变换器为例,建立了普适性的谐振开关电容变换器潜电路分析线索表,识别了其中存在的潜在电流路径并实现了潜电路拓扑辨识。在此基础上详细分析了基于广义连接矩阵,邻接矩阵和开关布尔矩阵的谐振开关电容变换器潜电路辨识算例,给出了每种方法的适用范围。 This paper proposed establishing the converter's sneak circuit analysis threaded list based on its topological structure and operating principle to identify the sneak circuit. The sneak circuit in resonant switched capacitor(RSC) converters is a latent circuit path that leads to undesired character to occur at some certain conditions. In this paper, the general sneak circuit analysis threaded list of resonant switched capacitor converters were established firstly. The sneak circuit analysis method and applied range for step-up resonant switched capacitor converters were given based on generalized connection matrix, adjacency matrix, and switching Boolean matrix respectively.
