新城轨道站场的TOD综合开发规划研究——以佛山市北滘新城开发为例

Research on comprehensive development about metro city based on TOD Mode Beijiao of Foshan City

针对TOD综合开发的核心理念,结合佛山市北滘新城规划项目,提出对轨道站场周边的综合开发规划,对道路交通系统合理构成、交通接驳规划设计、慢行交通以及地下空间开发进行相应设计,并对TOD理论与规划区的交通、区域现状进行分析与深化,将TOD理论用于实际项目进行实践应用。

Based on summation of the basic concept and main features of TOD pattern and by study of designcase, the overall development of the surrounding of orbital station field was put forward. Rational structure oftraffic system, transport interchange plan, slow traffic and underground space development were designed. Thepresent situation and problems of transportation, regional planning was analyzed with TOD theory, which wasapplied in actual project as well.
