输卵管残端妊娠12例诊治分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨输卵管残端妊娠发生机制及诊治。方法:收集2010年8月—2016年1月我院输卵管残端妊娠病例12例,分析其诊治过程。结果:输卵管残端妊娠发生与盆腔炎症、输卵管残端瘘、受精卵游走有关。输卵管残端妊娠经腹腔镜诊治有可行性。结论:单侧输卵管切除术后再次发生异位妊娠需警惕输卵管残端妊娠的可能性。
