摘要 非线性的温度荷载是造成管道产生轴向移动的主要原因,针对海底管道在多次开启/关闭的循环作用下轴向移动现象,采用有限元分析的方法,通过ABAQUS软件建立循环温度作用下平坦海床上短直管道有限元模型,模型中考虑了非线性的温度加载梯度和高温对管道材料的影响,揭示短管道在多次开启/关闭循环荷载作用下有效轴向力分布以及管道各点轴向移动现象的形成原因及发展规律。最后通过参数化分析,得到了管土摩擦系数与管道轴向移动速率之间的关系,并对比两种管道内压的加载方式对管道轴向移动速率的影响,为工程中减缓管道轴向移动速率的方法提供借鉴和帮助。 Non-linear temperature load is a main factor causing the axial travel of pipelines. To investigate the axial travel of pipelines on the seabed under frequent on / off cyclic action,in this paper,we used ABAQUS software to build a finite element model of a short-straight pipeline located on the flat seabed under a cyclic temperature environment. This model took into consideration the effects of the non-linear temperature application gradient and high temperature on the pipe material,and revealed the distribution of the effective axial force on the short-straight pipe under an on / off cyclic load as well as the formation mechanism and development pattern of the axial travel of the pipe. Lastly,by parametric analysis,we obtained the relationship between the pipe-seabed friction coefficient and the axial moving speed of the pipeline. Also,we compared the effects of two different loading means of internal pressure in the pipeline on the axial travel speed. Our study conclusions can provide assistance in developing methods to reduce the axial travel speed of pipelines.
