摘要
针对岭澳核电站二期3号机组调试启动低功率试验期间,一回路冷、热管段温差(ΔT)超功率保护定值偏低、容易触发反应堆保护动作等问题,基于Simulink搭建超温超功率保护逻辑,对设计方提供的新、旧参数的输出结果进行仿真对比,从第三方角度对其进行合理性评价。仿真结果和机组实测数据表明,该方法正确、可靠,能有效降低机组首次启动功率运行期间的安全风险。
It is found that the set - point of the temperature differential ( ΔT) between cold and hot sections for over power protection is much lower, which will easily trigger reactor protection, during the commissioning and startup period of low power operation for unit 3 of Ling Ao NPP Phase II project. Based on Simulink, the over temperature over power protection logic is setup, and the output results from new and old parameters provided by designer are analyzed and compared, and reasonable evaluation is conducted from perspective of the third party. The simulation results and real test data of the unit prove that the calculation and analysis of the method is correct and reliable, and the security risks during first start - up and operation of the unit can be effectively reduced.
