摘要 研究了加入MgO细粉对不烧Al_2O_3-Si C-C材料抗氧化性的影响,结果表明,加入MgO后Al_2O_3-Si C-C材料的抗氧化性明显下降,其原因是Mg O与材料中的Al_2O_3、SiO_2发生反应,破坏了莫来石致密层,使材料由原来的保护性氧化变为连续性氧化,导致材料的抗氧化性下降. In this paper,the effects of MgO addition on oxidation resistance of Al2O3-SiC-C material have been studied. The results show that MgO addition to Al2O3-SiC-C can lead to oxidation resistance decrease. The reason is that chemical reaction between MgO and Al2O3/SiO2 which destroied the compact lay of nulite,resulting in the change from protective oxidation to the continuous oxidation. Consequently,the property of oxdation resistance is decreased.
