江苏省高技术产业与区域经济发展的耦合研究

Coupling Effect Between High-Tech Industry and Regional Economic Development in Jiangsu Province

选取江苏省2007—2014年的时间序列数据,通过构建江苏省高技术产业和区域经济发展2个子系统19个指标,运用耦合协调度模型,实证分析高技术产业与区域经济的发展水平以及两者之间的耦合协调关系.研究发现:江苏省高技术产业与区域经济的发展水平均呈现逐年上升趋势,两者的耦合协调度也逐年提高,但总体协调度水平仍然不高,处于初级协调状态.因此,江苏省需要继续扩大高技术产业,实现高技术产业与区域经济更高层次的协调度水平.

Time series data from 2007-2014 in Jiangsu Province are collected for building 2 subsystems,with 19 indexes,regarding as high-tech industry system and regional economic development system of Jiangsu Province respectively. Coupling coordination degree model is implemented for coupling relations analysis between high-tech industry and regional economic development. The research is proved that both sides are gaining a remarkable increase year by year,and the coupling coordination degree is also improved to a high-level but not high enough. As a result of that,the preliminary stage of coupling coordination between the above 2 aspects are calling for innovation solutions like expanding high-tech industry and improving its proportion in total,by which a higher level of coupling coordination could be promisingly achieved in the years to come.
