摘要
根据油雾润滑工作原理,设计了电机轴承装置的油雾润滑结构;应用Flunt流场分析模块,建立滚动轴承流体域和温度场模型,对该油雾润滑轴承装置进行了轴承热流耦合温度场仿真分析。结果表明,油雾润滑条件下轴承腔的整体温度较低,轴承油雾润滑效果较好。
A mist lubricant bearing structure of the motor is designed according to the working principle of oil mist lubrication; the bearing fluid field and temperature field model is established using Flunt flow field analysis module, and the bearing was coupled to a heat temperature field simulation analysis. It shows that, under the mist lubrication, the overall temperature is low, and the lubrication has a good effect.
