摘要
针对装备使用阶段存在的RMS数据来源不明确,收集程序不规范等问题,首先对装备RMS数据的分类情况进行了明确,确定了装备使用阶段RMS数据的来源和特点,然后对RMS数据收集的基本要求和程序进行了分析,最后给出了装备使用阶段RMS数据收集应注意的问题。论文的研究对于部队进行装备RMS数据的收集具有现实指导意义。
Because the data source of RMS in the using stage of the equipment is not unclear, the collection procedures are not standardized and other issues, this paper clears the classification of RMS data of the equipment, determines the source and characteristics of RMS data in the using stage of equipment, analyzes the basic requirement and program for the collection of RMS data, and puts forward the problems should be paid attention to of the collection of RMS data in the using stage of equipment. The research result of this paper may give guidance meaning for the army＇s equipment RMS data collection.
