大学生职业规划课堂参与式教学干预研究——“明确职业自我概念”为课程目标的教学实践 被引量:1

摘要 为帮助大学生做好职业规划、实现生涯成长,很多高校开展了大学生职业规划教育,纵观这些课程体系,表现出两大问题:一是课程目标界定不清,二是课堂缺乏探索和参与,影响教学效果有效性。提出培养大学生职业自我概念的目标,将参与式教学应用于职业规划课堂教学中,依据课程主题设计活动方案,用教学实验法验证有效性。教学显著提高大学生职业自我概念认知,说明参与式教学是一种有效的培养大学生积极职业自我概念的教育方式,职业自我概念认知应该成为大学生人生的"必修课"。 In order to help college students to do a good job in career planning, achieve career growth, a lot of colleges and universities carry out the career planning and education for college students. All of these curriculum systems have two major issues: the first one is the definition of curriculum objectives is not clear, the second one is the classroom is lack of exploration and participation and affects the teaching effectiveness. This paper puts forward the goals of cultivating college students' professional self concept, and applying the participatory teaching in the classroom teaching of occupational planning. According to the curriculum thematic design activity plan, the teaching experiment method is used to verify the validity. The teaching observably improves awareness of college students' occupation self concept. It proves that participatory teaching is an effective way of education to cultivate college students' positive professional self concept and the vocational self concept should be the "required course" of college students' lives.
