摘要
本文应用漫射标准色板法和白场仪法校准光谱辐射亮度计色度参数,研究其对校准结果的影响因素。结果显示采用漫射标准色板法校准亮度计色度参数时,其复现性较好,色度量值稳定;采用白场仪法测量仪器色度示值误差,能验证仪器的极限测色性能;需要现场定标时,白场仪方便携带,且三基色单色场和白场均有一系列标准色度值可选,而漫射标准色板法无法现场定标,但其测色种类扩展性更好。分别采用这两种方法标定同一台分光辐射亮度计,所得测量数据的自洽性印证了这两种方法的测量结果是可信的。
This paper uses the standard diffusion color plate and the radiometric luminance meter of white field instrument calibration spectrum to study their effect on the results of the calibration factor. The results show that the diffuse color parameters corrected by standard diffusion color plate have good reproducibility and stable color measurement. The diffuse color parameters corrected by white field instrument can verify the limit test performance of the instrument. When the on-site calibration is needed, the white field instrument is convenient to carry, and the three primary colours, monochromatic field and white field have a series of standard chroma value, the standard diffusion color plate can not achieve the on-site calibration, but the scalability of its color measuring type is better. In this paper, the two methods are used to calibrate the same sub-optical radiation luminance meter. The self consistency of the measurement data confirms that the two methods are reliable.
