摘要
设计了一种Ka波段多通道波导开关,用于满足高频段多通道的微波信号切换要求。文中提出了一种低驻波、高隔离度的微波参数优化方法,即在传统的轴向扼流基础上,增加了圆周方向扼流及轴向极化扼流,极大地提高了波导开关的微波性能。波导开关经过了相关理论计算,通过HFSS仿真软件进行建模和优化设计,以及实物试制测试。实测表明:这种多通道波导开关在Ka频段(36.5 GHz^40 GHz)下电压驻波比<1.10,插入损耗<0.14 d B,隔离度>70 d B,与设计相符。
A multi-channel waveguide switch is designed, to meet the requirements of high frequency microwave signal switching mul-tiple channels. A low standing wave and high isolation method of microwave parameters optimization, that on the basis of the conven-tional axial choke, increasing the circumferential direction and axially polarized choke is presented, greatly improved microwave prop-erties of the waveguide switch. Waveguide switches through relevant theoretical calculations, modeling and design optimization by HF-SS simulation software,as well as in-kind prototype testing. The measured results show that the multi-channel waveguide switch rea-ches the performance of VSWR〈 10,14 dB, ISO〉70 dB in K a-b and(3 6. 5 GHz -40 GHz ),as designed.
