摘要 采用沥青3大指标试验、DSR试验和BBR试验比较不同掺量RET改性剂的改性沥青技术性能,对RET改性沥青混合料进行高温车辙试验和低温小梁3点弯曲试验,验证RET改性剂对沥青高、低温性能的影响作用。试验结果表明:RET改性剂掺入沥青后,25℃针入度值降低,软化点和5℃延度值均有所增加;RET改性沥青的高温临界温度和沥青混合料动稳定度值均随着RET掺量的增加而提高;随着RET掺量增加,改性沥青蠕变劲度降低、蠕变曲线斜率增加,且混合料的弯曲应变能密度也会不断增加。 This paper icarries out high temperature rutting test and low temperature 3 point bending test on small beam to RET modified asphalt mixture. The tests were based on 3 indices test for asphalt, DSR test and BBR test, to compare technical performance of modified asphalt at different content of RET modifier, so to verify influence of RET modifier to high/low temperature performance of asphalt. Test results show that when adding RET modifier into asphalt, penetration value at 25 ℃ is reduced, while the softness value and ductility value at 5℃ increased. In addition, the high temperature critical temperature of RET modified asphalt and dynamic stability value of asphalt mixture improves with the increment of RET content. As RET content increased, the modified asphalt has lower creep stiffness, higher creep curve rate and the bending strain energy density of the mixture continuously increases.
