论“互联网+成人教育”背景下传统师生关系的断裂与重构 被引量:3

The Breaking and Reconstruction of the Traditional Teacher-Student Relationship under the background of "Internet + Adult Education"

摘要 互联网崛起,引发了成人教育的深刻变革,出现了各种新的形态。突破时空限制,学习方式趋向泛在与灵活;突破内容限制,学习资源趋向开放与共享;突破环境限制,学习环境趋向虚拟与智能;突破人数限制,学习规模趋向广泛与普及。由此,致使成人教育原先的师生关系,出现了明显的断裂,即因时空分离而产生了师生关系的"距离感";因虚拟学习取代现实学习而导致了师生关系的"虚拟化";因互联网信息高度对称而削弱了教师角色的"权威感"。在"互联网+成人教育"的背景下,师生关系显然需要得以重构,其中尤其需要重视教学交互,消除师生关系的"距离感";重视学习环境创设,消融师生关系的"虚拟化";重视教师角色转变,应对教师"权威感"消解;同时,教师也要重视终身学习,以应对"互联网+"时代不容回避的挑战。 The rise of the internet has led to a variety of new forms in adult education. Without the constraints of time,space,content,the environment,number of students,with varied and flexible learning styles,open and shared learning resources,virtual and intelligent learning environment,wide and popular learning scale,there appears an obvious fracture in the original relationship between teachers and students. Namely,the Sense of Distance between teachers and students caused by the separation of time and space; the virtualized relationship between teachers and students formed by the replacement of real learning by virtual learning; the weakened sense of authority of teachers' roles caused by the highly symmetrical internet information. Under the background of Internet + Adult Education,the relationship between teachers and students needs to be reconstructed. We should attach importance to the interaction between teaching and learning,and remove the sense of distancebetween the teachers and students,and pay attention to the creation of the learning environment and decrease the virtualization of the relationship between teachers and students. Meanwhile,the changing roles of the teachers should be emphasized to deal with the fading sense of authority of the teachers,and teachers should also keep lifelong learning to meet the unavoidable challenges of " Internet + " age.
