摘要
远程教育是因技术而兴、应技术而发展的教育形式。随着邮政通信、广播电视、互联网技术的相继兴起与普及,我国远程教育发展形态实现了从函授教育到广播电视教育再到网络教育的不断更迭。如今,互联网技术已经从Web1.0发展到Web3.0,远程教育又面临着如何融入"互联网+"时代洪流的巨大挑战。"互联网+"将催生以学习泛在化、课程资源化、交互零距离、支持个性化等为主要特征的远程教育的发展新形态。然而,囿于远程教育机构固守教师的知识权威性、忽视教学模式与技术发展的适应性对接、忽视学校与社会资源的互通,以及数据储备和分析能力准备不足等,"互联网+"的优势尚未在远程教育彰显。本文认为远程教育机构应将人的因素和技术因素有机结合,将互联网思维融入办学观念中,并从改进课程设计与组合方式、转变"促学"方式、创建"点对点"服务模式和跟进学习分析技术的应用等方面来实质性地推进"互联网+"在远程教育实践中真正"落地"。
The development of distance education is due to informational and communicational technology. As the successive rise of postal communications,radio television,and the Internet,distance education in China has been changing. Today,distance education faces the great challenge in the Internet plus era,because it will be changed as ubiquitous learning,resource fragmented,interaction and support personalized. However,the advantage has not been integrated in the distance education. This paper suggests that distance education institutions pay more attention to the organic combination of human factors and technical factors,and make full use of the internet + in the actual distance education by improving the design and combination of curriculum,transforming the promoting learning model,creating point-to-point service mode and applying the follow-up study analysis technology.
