该文针对医院病案管理中存在的问题展开了较为深入的研究,同时总结出了几点可行性较高的应对措施,其中包括进一步加大对病案管理意识的培养力度、构建一套完善的病案管理制度、重视对病案管理人才的培养,提升管理水平,进一步加大对医院硬件设施的投入、实现医院病案管理信息化以及将ISO管理体系融入到医院的病案管理工作中,加快病案管理的规范化进程等等,以期对我国医院病案管理水平的进一步提升提供参考性的意见。

The paper carries out the deep research on the issues existing in the hospital case management and puts for-wards several countermeasures with high feasibility including further increasing the cultivation of case management aware-ness, constructing a perfect case management system, paying attention to the education of case management talents, improv-ing the management level, further increase the investment of hospital hardware facilities, realize the information of hospital case management and integrating the ISO management system into the hospital case management work, and accelerating the standardization progress of case management, in order to provide some reference for further improving the hospital case management level in our country.
