某院抗菌药物专项整治活动开展以来Ⅰ类切口预防用药的成效分析

Analysis of Efficacy of Preventive Medication of Type Ⅰ Incision in Our Hospital since the Development of Special Rectification Activity of Antibiotics

目的探讨该院开展抗菌药物专项整治活动的效果。方法将该院2011年之前(整治前)与2011年至今(整治后)的Ⅰ类切口预防用抗菌药物的各项指标,通过Excel制作综合报表并进行对比分析。结果整治后该院Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防使用抗菌药物比例由2010年的98.00%逐渐下降到2013年的15.06%;符合卫生部要求的Ⅰ类切口预防用药比例不高于30%的要求。结论抗菌药物专项整治活动取得了一定的成效。

Objective To study the effect of the development of special rectification activity of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods The comprehensive statement of various indicators of preventive medication of typeⅠincision in our hospital be-fore the rectification （before 2011） and after rectification （since 2011） was made by EXCEL for comparison and analysis. Results After rectification, the ratio of typeⅠincision operation patients with preventive use of antibiotics gradually de-creased from 98.00% in 2010 to 15.06% in 2013, and the typeⅠincision preventive medication ratio meeting the require-ments in the ministry of health was less than 30%. Conclusion The special rectification activity of antibiotics obtains a cer-tain efficacy.
