HPLC Method in Measuring the Content of Illegal Additive of Glibenclamide in Yikang Capsule

目的用HPLC法测益康胶囊中非法添加格列本脲的含量。方法以格列本脲对照品作对照,采用HPLC法测定益康胶囊中非法添加的格列本脲含量。结果在优化色谱条件下,益康胶囊中含有格列本脲,其中的格列本脲线性范围1.0～50μg。回归方程为：Y=390.1006 814X-13.531 980 3 r=0.999 9。含量测定的回收率为：98.34%RSD=0.798 2%。结论所建立的方法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,适用于对益康胶囊中非法添加的格列本脲含量的测定。

Objective To measure the content of illegal additive of glibenclamide in yikang capsule by HPLC method. Methods The content of illegal additive of glibenclamide in yikang capsule was measured by HPLC method taking the glibenclamide control articles for control. Results Under the optimized chromatography condition, yikang capsule included the glibenclamide, the glibenclamide linearity range was from 1.0μg to 50μg, and the regression equation was Y=390.100 681 4X-13.531 980 3 r=0.999 9, the recycle rate of content measure was 98.34%RSD=0.7982%. Conclusion The specificity of the established method is strong with easy operation, accurate result and good repeatability, which is suitable for the measure-ment of illegal additive of glibenclamide in yikang capsule.
