Performance Evaluation of ABBOTT ARCHITECT C16000 Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

目的对ABBOTT ARCHITECT C16000全自动生化分析仪性能评价,确保仪器能够满足检验需要。方法制订ABBOTT ARCHITECT C16000全自动生化分析仪性能评价方案,对杂散光、吸光度线性、吸光度准确性、吸光度稳定性、吸光度重复性、样品携带污染率、加样准确性和重复性。并对该仪器的检验数据与实验室现有其他型号的仪器进行比对。结果新购进全自动生化分析仪各项性能均符合国家标准。两台全自动生化分析仪对血清样本中的ALT、TG、TBIL、TP项目检验结果基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该仪器经性能评价、比对应用,能够应用于临床检验工作。

Objective To carry out the performance evaluation of ABBOTT ARCHITECT C16000 fully automatic biochemi-cal analyzer and ensure the instrument to satisfy the test needs. Methods The performance evaluation plan of ABBOTT ARCHITECT C16000 fully automatic biochemical analyzer was made, and the stray light, absorbance linearity, absorbance accuracy, absorbance stability, absorbance repeatability and sample residual contamination rate and sampling accuracy and repeatability were analyzed, and the test data of this instrument and other types of instruments available in the laboratory at present were compared. Results Various performances of new fully automatic biochemical analyzer met the national stan-dards, the ALT, TG, TBIL, TP test results in serum samples of the two fully automatic biochemical analyzers were basically consistent, and the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The instrument can be used in the clini-cal test work after performance evaluation and comparative application.
