探讨内科临床技能教学与考核新模式的实践意义及价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究分析内科临床技能教学与考核新模式的实践意义及价值。方法以2013级三年制大专至2016年五年制高职的近4 000名护理、医疗专业学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组的学生进行传统教学,观察组的学生进行临床技能教学和考核新模式,对比分析两组学生内科实习的成绩和毕业时的考核成绩。结果两组学生实习期时间的内科学成绩进行比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。观察组中的出科考试成绩、内科基础知识、技能笔试的分值比较,学生短期教学效果、实习老师主观评价、病例分析题的笔试成绩,明显优于对照组学生。就长期教学效果而言,半年之后观察组学生的临床操作技能和对照组比较,明显较优。结论内科临床技能教学和考核新模式不仅有助于学生综合分析能力的提高,同时也有助于学生临床思维能力和人际交流能力的培养,有着长期的应用价值。 Objective To research and analyze the practical significance and value of clinical skill teaching in the depart-ment of internal medicine and new examination model. Methods 4000 cases of three-system junior college students in 2013 and five-system vocational college students in 2016 in nursing and medical majors were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the traditional teaching, the observation group adopted the clinical skill teaching and new examination model, and the internal practice score and examination score on graduation of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no obvious difference in the internal score between the two groups during the practice period by comparison, P〉0.05, the post-departmental?examination score, basic internal knowl-edge, skill written examination score, short-term teaching effect of students, subjective evaluation of practice teachers, writ-ten examination score of case-analysis questions in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, and in terms of long-term teaching effect, the clinical operation skill after half a year in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion The internal clinical skill teaching and new examination model not only contributes to improving the comprehensive analysis ability of students, but also contributes to cultivating the clini-cal thinking ability and personnel community ability of students, which is of long-term application value.
