品管圈对提高肿瘤内科护理人员手卫生依性的研究

Study on the Effect of Quality Control Circle on Improving the Hand Hygiene of Nurses in Medical Department

目的分析品管圈对提高肿瘤内科护理人员手卫生依性。方法建立以提高护理人员手卫生依从性为主题的品管圈小组,对品管圈小组进行手卫生调查,分析影响品管圈小组护理人员手卫生依从性的主要因素,然后针对影响因素制定相应的对策并加以实施,比较品管圈活动前后手卫生依从性。结果护理人员手卫生在品管圈活动前后的依从性发生了变化,由其依从性从19.50%提高至66.11%,活动前后有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);参与品管圈活动的护理人员其责任心、沟通协调能力、自信心等都有了明显提高,活动前后有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈能够有效提高肿瘤内科护理人员手卫生依从性,值得在临床上研究和推广。

Objective to analyze the effect of quality control circle on improving the hand hygiene of nurses in medical de-partment. Methods to improve the nursing staff hand hygiene compliance as the theme of the product pipe circle group and the QCC team survey of hand hygiene, analysis of the impact of quality control circle group nursing staff hand hygiene com-pliance of the main factors was established, then according to the influence factors develop corresponding countermeasures and implement, product tube circle activities before and after the hand hygiene compliance. Results the nursing staff hand hygiene in QC circle activities before and after the compliance changes, the compliance from 19.25% increase to 66. 59%, before and after the activity differences, with statistical significance （P〈 0.01）; participation in quality control circle activi-ties of nursing staff the sense of responsibility, communication skills, self-confidence and was obviously improved, before and after the activity differences, with statistical significance （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion the quality control circle can effective-ly improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical nursing staff, and it is worth to be studied and popularized in clinical practice.
