摘要
目的研究分析优质护理病房护理人员的压力源及应对方式,为优质护理病房护理人员采取针对性措施减轻压力提供理论依据。方法对该院120名优质护理病房护理人员进行压力源问卷调查,以不记名方式自愿填写护理工作压力源问卷调查,汇总问卷,进行分析、统计。此外将120名优质护理病房护士随机等分为对照组和实验组,对照组护士不采取任何措施应对压力源,实验组护士采取为期半年针对压力源的应对措施,评估实际效果。结果分析调查问卷后,发现工作量大且福利待遇差、优质护理中个性化服务需求问题、定期绩效考核与奖金分配相关联、工作性质社会地位低、护患及同事间人际关系问题等是护理人员的主要压力源。实验组护士在采取应对措施后其症状自评量表中的得分明显优于应对前及对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论具体分析优质护理病房护理人员的压力源,并采取应对措施,可以显著减轻护理人员的工作压力,提升工作效率和护理服务质量。
Objective To research and analyze the stressor of nursing staff in the excellent nursing ward and coping style and provide theoretical basis for relieving pressure by adopting the targeted measures by the nursing staff in the excellent nursing ward. Methods 120 cases of nursing staff in the excellent nursing ward in our hospital were given the stressor ques-tionnaires, the questionnaire of the nursing work stressor was voluntarily filled in by the secret ballot, and summarized, ana-lyzed and counted, and all nursing staff were randomly divided into two groups, the control group did not adopt any measure to cope with the stressor, while the experimental group adopted the countermeasures for half a year, and the actual effect was assessed. Results The analysis showed that heavy workload, worse welfare, individual service demand issues in excel-lent nursing and regular performance examination were related to the bonus shares, and the low social status of job nature and personnel relationship issues between the nurse-patients and workmates were the main stressors of nursing staff, and the scores in the symptom checklist in the experimental group after adopting the countermeasures were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The specific analysis of stressor of nurs-ing staff in the excellent nursing ward and adopting the countermeasures can obviously relieve the work pressure of nursing staff and improve the work efficacy and nursing service quality.
