综合护理对精神分裂症患者疗效的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Curative Effect of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨综合护理对精神分裂症患者疗效的影响。方法选取98例精神分裂症的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组均49例,对照组应用精神科常规护理,观察组再给予综合护理干预。结果治疗前两组的PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的PANSS评分比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后对照组有效率为81.6%,观察组有效率为95.9%,治疗后两组的疾病疗效比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后对照组的护理满意度为85.7%,观察组的护理满意度为98.0%,两组的护理满意度比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预精神分裂症的疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the curative effect of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 98 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing in the department of psychiatry, while the observation group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention. Results There was no obvious difference in the PANSS score between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）, after treatment, the PANSS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, the effective rate after treatment was 81.6% in the control group and 95.9% in the observation group, and the curative effect af-ter treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree after intervention in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cu-rative effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on schizophrenia is obvious.
