城镇居民对社区药学服务需求的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Demands of Urban Residents for Community Pharmacy Service

目的对城镇居民药品知识的了解和社区药学服务的需求现状进行调研。方法以2015年10—12月在城区某药店购买药品的1 128位消费者为调查对象,通过填写问卷表模式进行调查研究。结果约50%被调查者选择药品时依赖自身或他人经验,对药品的不良反应和合理用药知识认知欠缺,被调查者普遍认为需要得到社区药师的药学服务指导。调查对象中身体健康者占628人,占比55.67%,患一种慢性病者占240人,占比21.28%,患两种以上慢性病者占260人,占比23.05%。结论城镇居民的药学常识不足,迫切需要社区药师针对性地进行药学服务指导。

Objective To survey the awareness of pharmacy knowledge and demand for community pharmacy service of ur-ban residents. Methods 1 128 consumers purchasing drugs in some urban pharmacy from October 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the survey objects and the investigation was carried out by filling the questionnaire model. Results About 50 percent of respondents relied on their own and other’s experience when choosing drugs with shortage of adverse reac-tions of drugs and rational medication knowledge, and the respondents widely believed that they needed to obtain the phar-macy service guidance of community pharmacists.Health survey accounted for 628, accounting for 55.67%, suffering from a chronic disease accounted for 240, accounting for 21.28%, with more than two kinds of chronic diseases accounted for 260, accounting for 23.05%. Conclusion The pharmacy common knowledge of urban residents is insufficient, and they urgently need the targeted pharmacy service guidance of community pharmacists.
