摘要
随着医学技术的发展,CT成像技术越来越成熟,图像越来越清晰,在临床上得到了广泛的肯定和应用,为一些疑难疾病的确诊提供资料支持,并参与疾病的诊断和治疗。但在工作中,由于射线硬化效应、容积效应、金属物的干扰、患者在检查时移动、扫描参数设置不当、设备故障等原因,容易导致CT影像产生伪影,影响临床诊断准确性,甚至造成误诊。临床可通过应用检查技巧、协助患者摆放体位、科学设置扫描参数、定期校对探测器和准直器、后期计算机处理等方法来消除伪影的影响,以提升CT影像质量,提高疾病检出率,为临床医师对疾病的确诊和治疗提供可靠依据。
With the development of medical technology, CT imaging technique is more and more mature, and the imaging is more and more clear, which is widely recognized and applied in clinic, and it provides data support for the confirmation of some serious diseases, and participates in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, but in work, CT imaging is easy to produce artifacts due to beam-hardening effect, volume effect, metal interference, move of patients at the time of examina-tion, improper setting of scanning parameters and equipment trouble, affecting the clinical diagnosis accuracy and even cause misdiagnosis, and the clinic can eliminate the effect of artifacts by applying the examination skills, helping patients place body positions, scientifically setting the scanning parameters, regularly proofing the probe and collimator and post computer processing thus improving the CT imaging quality, improving the detection rate of diseases and providing reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of clinical physicians.
