摘要
胶质瘤是中枢神经系统中最常见的高致死率恶性肿瘤。微小RNA(mi RNA)通过相关靶点调节下游信号通路,在胶质瘤中起着重要作用。因此,深入了解mi RNA在胶质瘤中的作用及机制将为mi RNA今后作为临床诊疗指标提供了新的思路和理论依据。
Glioma is a common malignant tumor in central nervous system with a high lethality. MicroRNAs are known to play vital roles in glioma through regulating the downstream signaling pathwaysvia targets. Therefore, a deep understanding on the roles of microRNAs may provide new insights and theoretical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of glioma in the future.
