摘要
从价值工程和系统动力学的基本原理以及功能作用出发,分析了价值工程和系统动力学在施工项目成本控制中的适用性;然后针对某工程项目的实际情况,分别利用价值工程和系统动力学对该工程项目进行了深入的分析,明确了影响该项目施工成本有关操作方面和管理方面的因素,提出了相应的成本控制措施;最后将价值工程与系统动力学结合起来,对该工程进行了定量与定性的研究,并整合出了可以有效降低施工成本的具体措施.研究表明价值工程和系统动力学的合理结合可以对施工项目成本进行有效地分析,可以很好地提高施工项目的整体经济效益.
The applicability of the theories in construction project cost control is discussed on the basic principles and functions of value engineering and system dynamics. An actual project cost control is exemplified by the research results. The first step is about the usage of the combination of value engineering and system dynamics in analyzing the project. It clarifies the impact factors on the operation of the project construction cost and management issues, so that related cost control measures can be put forward. Finally,a combination of value engineering and system synamics is applied to the study of the engineering project quantitatively and qualitatively. And then specific measures which can effectively reduce the construction cost are proposed. The research shows that the combination of value engineering and system dynamics in construction project can effectively reap the overall economic benefits of the construction project.
