摘要 新版《绿色建筑标准》的颁布和实施使得原有评价工具的适用性和准确性无法得到满足.为了保证绿色建筑评价结果的科学性,针对绿色建筑评价的工具和方法进行了优化,结合新版《标准》构建了一套新的评价体系方案,采用博弈均衡理论将评价指标赋权法进行了综合,设计了3层结构的BP神经网络模型进行客观评价,结合工程实例说明新建的绿色建筑评价体系及其评价方法的可用性及可靠性. With the promulgation and implementation of the new green building standard, the applicability of the original evaluation tools can not meet the requirements. In order to ensure the scientificity of the green building evaluation's result, the tools and methods to evaluate the green construction are optimized, and a new evaluation system is established according to the new standard. Then, subjective and objective weights of the index are integrated with the game equilibrium theory. The model of objective evaluation for green building based on three-layer BP-network is built. Finally, an engineering example is used to illustrate the availability and reliability of the new evaluation system.
