实验室模拟条件下鸟粪石形式回收磷的反应条件优化 被引量:5

摘要 该试验采用模拟配水,在无其他干扰条件下研究氮磷比、镁磷比和pH三个关键影响因素对鸟粪石结晶的影响。试验结果表明,pH越高,磷去除率越高,但生成沉淀中鸟粪石纯度不一定越高。综合磷去除效果以及鸟粪石纯度,当pH为8.8、n(N)∶n(P)∶n(Mg)为1.3∶1∶1.5时,磷去除率可达82.09%,沉淀物中鸟粪石含量高达99%,该条件下的沉淀结晶在扫描电镜观察下大部分呈现斜方形,与鸟粪石典型形貌一致,故该条件为鸟粪石结晶回收磷的较优化的条件。 The study focused on the effects of different N∶ P rate,Mg∶ P rate and pH towards struvite crystallization without any disturbance,which could give reference for further research. The results show that higher removal rates of phosphorus is associated with higher pH which is not good for higher struvite purity. When the molar ratio of NH^+4 ,PO4^3- and Mg^2+ is 1. 3∶ 1∶ 1. 5 and pH is 8. 8, phosphorus removal of 82. 09% is obtained and struvite purity reach up to 99% . By this condition,most precipitate observed by SEM is cube which is morphologically smilar to struvite. So the conditions can be the optimum conditions to phosphorous recovery from struvite.
