基于BIM的大型建设工程项目组织集成

Organizational integration of large-scale construction projects based on BIM

针对大型建设工程项目组织管理中存在的问题,提出应用组织集成模式的建议。首先对组织集成的内涵与特征进行分析,并阐述BIM信息集成管理平台的创建以及BIM与组织集成的相互作用。其次,基于业主方管理视角,利用BIM信息集成管理平台,并通过使参与方提早介入以及向后延伸的方法构建全寿命周期组织集成的基本框架模型。最后,从组织文化、组织契约和标准化制度3个方面探讨组织集成实现的保障措施,为大型建设工程项目集成管理的后续深入研究提供了理论基础。

According to the problems existed in the organization management of large-scale construction projects, organizational integration model should be adopted. The organizational integration connotation and char-acteristics are researched, and the interaction of BIM and organizational integration and the creative of information integrated management platform based on BIM are elaborated in detail. To achieve the whole life cycle organizational integration, information collaborative management platform is used to enable participants in-tervene in advance and extend rearward to build organizational integration basic framework mode based on the perspective of owner management. Safeguard measures are discussing to realize organizational integration based on organizational culture, organizational contract and standardization system. This paper may provide theoretical foundation for integrated management of large-scale construction projects.
