摘要
利用分子生物学技术对青海省互助县、贵德县和玉树县三个不同海拔、生态环境的绵羊感染狂蝇幼虫的线粒体COI基因种属特异性序列进行了研究。结果显示:10个狂蝇幼虫扩增出长度为309bp的序列,测序结果表明这些绵羊狂蝇幼虫的COI基因相似性在99.4%~99.7%之间。
Species specificity sequence of mitochondrial COI gene of Oestrus ovis Linnaeus Larvae of Qinghai sheep in 3 locations with different altitudes and climate conditions has been examined by using molecular technology. The re-sults showed that samples of 10 Oestrus ovis Linnaeus larvaes have been amplified to sequences with length of 309 bp, and that similarity of COI gene of these Oestrus ovis Linnaeus larvae is between 90.4% and 99.7%. The results have provided evidences for classification of Oestrus ovis Linnaeus larvaes in future.
