规模化养殖场不同饲养水平下西门塔尔肉牛强度育肥效果观察

Effect of intensity fattening of Simonter beef cattle in scale farms under different feeding level

本文针对湟源县肉牛标准化规模养殖场不同饲养水平下育肥西门塔尔肉牛效果进行了试验研究,在全舍饲条件下如何通过营养调控技术来提高肉牛的生产性能是目前养殖企业面临的主要技术难题。通过试验,得出"玉米青贮草+燕麦青干草+全价料"的营养搭配模式极显著优于"小麦秸秆+微贮面包草+自配料",试验组平均日增重增加0.18kg,一个育肥期出栏重多增加31.7kg,酮体重增加24.6kg,屠宰率高出2.2个百分点,结果表明不同饲养水平影响效果极显著。

The fattening effect of Simontal beef cattle under different feeding level was carried on in Huangyuan standardized scale beef cattle farms. The experiments showed that under the mode of com silage grass ＋ oat hay ＋ complete feed was superior to the mode of wheat straw ＋ microbial ensilage grass ＋ compound. The average daily gain under the mode of com silage grass ＋ oat hay ＋ complete feed increased 0. 18 kg, the carcass weight increased 24. 6 kg, slaughter weight increased 31. 7kg, slaughter rate increased 2. 2% . It showed that different breeding level existed significant difference.
